Supervision Tools

LyraNAC™ is equipped with a reliable and performing supervision system including:

Watchdogs to control the fluidity of flows within the network

A system to detect all kinds of eventual failures

The emission of alert messages (SNMP traps, http, e-mails, NT Event Logger, SMS)

The system records the message exchanged between the POS and the acquiring system, that enables the administrator, through SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol), to receive per email alert messages, a diagnosis and further information. In this way the customer can take the appropriate corrective measures.

Our supervision tool is convenient for the client (HTML basis).

If an error occurs, LyraNAC™ provides with background and causes for failure (defective synchronization, virtual circuit breakdown, timeout, dialog error after synchronization, etc.)

Statistics Tools
Our clients can exert a continuous control in real time and ensure an optimal management of their flows because we have equipped our LyraNAC™ with a comprehensive and performing statistic tool available on the web or per e-mail.

Thanks to the transmission of daily or monthly reports about the recorded traffic, the user can analyze the following information:

Number of calls

Activity per called number

Total connection time for each transaction

Connections report by X25 or MSN addresses

Report highlighting failures listed per telephone numbers
(i.e. to detect POS using old modems or facing difficulties to get connected)

Remote Management
